asensei watches every stroke while you are rowing and uses the data to provide you with coaching insights, some of which you get in real time, while some are available post-workout.
If you pull down from near the top of the conversation screen (Up Next), or tap the up arrow in the top right, then asensei will display the Workout History screen, which contains a list of all workouts that you have performed in the app. If you tap on any of the workouts asensei will display more information about that workout.
Within your workout history there is a button "Concept 2 Logbook" which allows you to drill into more detail about your workouts, and displays detailed summary, interval and stroke by stroke plots of your performance. In order to see this you must have connected asensei to the Concept 2 Logbook.
