Choose Your Sounds
You can listen to asensei's custom music station with music from artists you know and love which is your default option, or you can choose your own music or podcast to match your workout.
Coach Volume vs Music Volume Adjust
While you are working out you can control the mix of music and coaching to suit your mood. Simply tap the screen during a workout and you can use the slider that appears to adjust the volume of coaching vs music. If the slider is fully on the left hand side then you'll only get music and no coaching, if the slider is at the right hand end you'll get a mixture of coaching and music with the coaching as loud as it can go. Tap the X in the top right of the screen when you are done to return to the workout.
Music Control - Volume, Track, Favorites
You can control the music using the iOS Control Center. To access the iOS control Center on an iPhone swipe in from the top right of the screen and you'll see the music controls in the top right.
From the music panel you can pause, play and skip tunes. You can also connect to an Airplay speaker if you hit the Airplay icon in the top right of the panel and select the speaker you want to use.
If you are listening to feed.fm stations you can also tell asensei to play more/less music like the current tune by tapping on the two horizontal bars to the left of the Play/pause button. You'll then be asked if you would like to Play More Like This or Play Less Like This.
