The (RE)WARD program with Olympic legend Eric Murray is a continuously evolving subscription, we will be adding workouts to it regularly over the coming weeks and months.

It's worth noting that (RE)WARD is the name of the overall plan, not the specific programs that appear in the app. When you subscribe initially you should see (RE)COMMIT and ERIC MURRAY ABOVE AND BEYOND in your programs list, but we'll be adding further programs in the coming weeks. Above and Beyond workouts are standalone workouts that you can do anytime, they don't include a warmup, but many of them do include coaching before, during and after your rows.
To view your programs: hit the Hey asensei [+] button in the bottom left of the Up Next Screen then choose Workouts.
As of March 2020 we continue to add more workouts to the Above and Beyond program. We are also in the process of developing our next two multi-week programs with Eric. Although (RE)SHAPE, which is the next program to be released is already designed, we are always looking for input on the type of programs that our customers would like to see in future, so you are always welcome to share your thoughts at email@example.com.
As part of your asensei membership, included in the (RE)WARD program, we also access to a more spartan set of 40 asensei Above and Beyond workouts, with less emphasis on coaching, but the same goal-setting and on-screen stats. These feature collections of 5, 10 and 15 minute workouts and a collection of stroke rate ladders.
Also coming in the next few weeks is a new program from coach Johan Quie, which will be available to all asensei members including Eric Murray subscribers.
