When you purchase a membership on asensei.com your purchase should show up in the asensei app, in the programs list, almost immediately without any further action on your part.
To view your programs list in the asensei app hit the Hey asensei [+] button in the bottom left of the Up Next conversation screen. You can check to see if the programs you expect are present. Note, for Eric Murray, (RE)WARD is the name of the offer, not the programs you will see!
If for any reason the programs you expect to see are not present you should check the following:
1. Check that you logged into asensei.com using the same login as you use in the asensei app. If you purchased using a different email then your purchase won't show up automatically. We will be able to add your programs to the asensei app account, but note that we can't link your accounts or move your workout data across to the account you purchased with in this case.
2. Did you purchase with Apple Pay or Google Pay? If you did and your email address is different from the email address you use to login to asensei then your accounts may not connect which means your purchase won't appear in the app. This is a bug that our e-commerce partner is currently working to resolve.
