When you purchase a membership on asensei.com your purchase should show up in the asensei app, in the programs list, almost immediately without any further action on your part.
To view your programs list in the asensei app hit the Hey asensei [+] button in the bottom left of the Up Next conversation screen. You can check to see if the programs you expect are present.
If for any reason the programs you expect to see are not present you should check the following:
1. Check that you made your purchase on asensei.com using the same login as you use in the asensei app. If you purchased using a different email, or a different provider such as sign in with Apple or Facebook then you have created separate accounts which may be why they are not appearing in the app.

- If you have inadvertently created two accounts you can link them together in the app. On the main Up Next conversation screen go to Hey asensei [+], then choose My asensei, and on the screen that appears you will see the login details that you used to sign in to the app near the top. Underneath that you will see a small circle with a cross in it with Add Account next to it - this will be your primary account. When you hit the cross you will be asked to sign in and you should do so using the additional account that you wish to link to your current account.
2. Did you purchase with Apple Pay or Google Pay? If you did then your purchase may not appear in the app automatically. We'll generally try and fix this manually without any intervention from you but that may take a few hours so please feel free to chase this up by emailing us at email@example.com and we'll help to get things working. Please mention which email you use to login to the asensei app as this will speed things up.
