The focus in this free trial is to allow athletes to experience a range of different workouts from different coaches and coaching programs. The selection of trial programs are shown in the image below. Each trial program contains at least one workout to help you get a feel for the coaching style and the style of workout.

The (RE)COMMIT program from rowing legend and double Olympic champion Eric Murray is a great way to improve your rowing and get yourself fit enough to row a 2k. SWEAT FACTORY from coach Johan Quie
Try the Groove Row workout from coach Johan Quie. Filmed on the rooftop of asensei HQ in San Francisco this is the first workout in the Sweat Factory program.
MASTER THE BASICS from British Rowing
Try the SHORT BUT EFFECTIVE workout for free, which is from the full MASTER THE BASICS program from British Rowing which is an 8-week program to build the skills, strength and stamina you need to make indoor rowing part of your fitness journey.
This 8-week program is introduced by Clare Holman, British Rowing Indoor Master Trainer and Indoor Rowing Lead for the Invictus Games. They also feature audio and video tips and insights from GB Rowing Team members and aspiring Olympians, Tom George and Saskia Budgett including how they approach a 2km race, how they recover and technical suggestions.

Get a taste of the Be A Dark Horse program featuring themed weekly workouts both on and off the rowing machine with coach Shane Farmer. Try the PURPOSE+INTERVAL ROW workout as part of your free trial.
(RE)FOCUS from coach Eric Murray
Who better to help you improve your 6km time than the fastest person ever to row 6km on a rowing machine? World record holder Eric Murray takes you on an intensive 12-week program with 5 workouts a week. This program starts off at a decent pace, assuming a reasonable level of base fitness; if you don't have that we'd recommend that you consider tackling something like (RE)COMMIT or MASTER THE BASICS first.
