asensei+Eric Murray run a free livestreaming workout each week. You'll row alongside Eric and get the chance to ask questions via the youtube chat window. These Lives can be followed via the asensei youtube channel. You won't need the asensei app to perform these workouts live and you can follow along on ANY rowing machine.
To get notifications about these please subscribe to our youtube channel or watch our social media on instagram or facebook.

(RE)LIVE
If you want to enjoy the asensei livestreams workouts with the benefits of added asensei tracking and goal setting, then you can find a growing selection in the asensei app listed in the (RE)LIVE program.
When you follow a (RE)LIVE workout in the asensei app, asensei takes care of connecting to your rowing machine, you don't need to program anything once connected, and asensei sets you personalized goals and targets as you workout before saving every stroke and sharing it with your favorite logbook app such as Apple Health or the Concept 2 Logbook.
Note that you can't follow the workouts live within the app (not yet at least!) but following them this way means they show up in your session history and will sync to any of our partner integrations - such as the Concept 2 Logbook - that you have setup.
All of which means you can just focus on and enjoy your rowing, without the distractions.

April 17th at 3:30. No show for Eric. What a waste of my time! Not the first time this has happened. Please get your act together.
