I can't remember what method I used to sign in to asensei, how do I find out?

With so many apps and so many options to sign in it can be tough to recall how we signed in to an app.  It's possible to sign in to asensei using an email, Facebook, or Sign In with Apple and this can lead to confusion, or even sometimes multiple accounts being used.

If you are signed in to the asensei app and want to know how you logged in you can see these details if you choose MY ASENSEI from the main menu button in the top right of the Up Next screen (on older app versions hit Hey asensei [+], then press My asensei).  Your login details are shown at the top of the MY ASENSEI screen that appears. 

You will see the email address you have used and next to that the sign in method, which is either Email, Facebook or Apple.

Should you have created two accounts for any reason it is also possible to link them using the small cross underneath, click for more information.
