New to asensei and want to know more about the asensei Connected Fitness platform and what you can do? If it's your first time you might wish to try our Quick Start Guide to just get going and give it a try. If not, read on and find out a bit more about what to expect.
Challenges and Goals
Did you know that asensei will adjust the difficulty of workouts according to how hard you push yourself? During workouts you will be set challenges and the targets will be based upon the rowing that you have done. If it ever feels too hard, log out and back in again to reset your baseline - asensei will learn fast and adapt to your current performance levels.
Coaching
During workouts some of the challenges you are set will be about improving your technique, your power or your speed. There are drills, exercises and challenges to help you improve. All the while asensei is tracking every stroke ready to provide you with insights into your performance.
Coaches - Meet Eric Murray, Johan Quie, Shane Farmer, British Rowing and more.
Programs
Our wide range of programs allows you to choose from structured multi-week programs that set you goals, such as training for a 2km or a 5km race, or develop your strength, endurance or speed; you can simply row along with one of our coaches as if you are in a group fitness class or do a one-off session and hear about their experiences and learnings from a lifetime in rowing. Had enough of coaching? You can turn that off and focus on your rowing.
Music
we know that music is an important part of the workout for many athletes, it helps with motivation and flow. That's why we offer a range of different options for music; under your control or leave it to asensei. If all you want is row along with the tunes you can turn down the coaches and turn up the music.
Did you know you that asensei can play music from our partner feed.fm or your playlists from Apple Music? If you prefer you can play music in the background from your favourite app such as Spotify or Pandora, or you can mute the music all together
