How do I connect asensei to Apple Health?
From the Up Next conversation screen, choose MY ASENSEI from the main menu in the top right (or on older versions of the app hit the Hey asensei [+] button in the bottom left, then choose My asensei). On the screen that pops up toggle the switch labelled Apple Health. You'll then be asked for your permission to share certain types of data, such as Heart Rate, Workouts, Active Enery and Distances. Why does asensei only sync with Apple Health on iPhone, not iPad?
The asensei app has been updated to support Apple Health on iPads in June 2024. If this is not working for you please update the asensei rowing app to the latest version and check that you are on the latest versions of iPad OS that support Apple Health (this may not be possible on older iPads, sorry!).
What else can I connect asensei to?
You can also connect to the Concept 2 Logbook, and from there you can connect to apps such as Strava, MyFitnessPal and Training Peaks.
For more information see What can asensei connect to?
Apple Health currently isn't available on iPad, and you can't currently sync iPad workouts to your iPhone Apple Health.

If for any reason you wish to stop your workouts synching from asensei to Apple Health, then you can just toggle the switch labelled Apple Health to off on the My asensei screen. Note that this will not delete your daa from Apple Health, you must do that from within the Apple Health app itself.
