We are launching Connected Coaching with asensei with 3 coaches initially - a rowing coach (Eric Murray), a strength coach (Justin Russ) and a physical therapist and movement coach (Dr Jena Gatses).
Each month, you can initiate 2 coaching sessions with any coach you choose. You might be very focused on your mobility training, and choose to use both training sessions with Dr Jena. Or, you might have a technical coaching session with Eric Murray, and then based on his feedback that you want to find more explosiveness in your drive, decide to engage with Coach Justin for strength training that will help explosiveness using the TRX DAILY 8 program from asensei.
However you choose to use your 2 coaching sessions is up to you.
In the future, we will be adding more coaches to the roster, in more training modalities (let us know what other sports or exercises you'd like asensei to coach you in) and these will all be included in your membership.
