The workouts will be tailored to the equipment you have, your fitness goals and the coaches you wish to work out with. If you need to wear your (app)arel, make a video recording or have equipment available we'll advise you in advance at the time of booking confirmation. Not all sessions will require equipment.
When filming yourself for video coaching, it helps our coaches greatly if you're in full frame, and for that we'd recommend you have a tripod for your iPhone or iPad.
Connected Rowing Coaching sessions with Eric Murray will require a rowing machine. For feedback on your technique and form, we have no particular requirement on the make or model of rowing machine you are using. You will also gain access to over 150+ programs and workouts (our full rowing product) which require a Concept 2 rowing machine with a PM5.
Connected TRX Coaching with Justin Russ will normally require a TRX strap: we include access to the asensei DAILY8 program, a TRX based workout program that will allow you to master foundational movement. Justin will provide form and technique coaching on TRX, customizing the DAILY8 program towards your practice and progress.
Connected Strength, Conditioning and Mobility Coaching with Dr Jena Gatses; this customized program will use bodyweight exercises, tension bands and kettlebells that will strengthen and lengthen, and unlock your peak performance. You may wish to have a fitness mat available for floor based activities. Jena will undertake a movement screening with athletes, identifying areas of improvement in their strength, balance and range of motion.
