asensei is currently only compatible with iOS and iPadOS devices such as iPhones and iPads. For more information about Android see here.
For best results we recommend that you should be on an up to date version of iOS - we only guarantee support for iOS/iPadOS 13 and more recent versions. Older versions of iOS/iPadOS will usually work, and we are happy to help where we can, but as a small company we just can't guarantee full operation and support for legacy versions when issues arise.
We recommend that you use asensei on hardware which can run iOS 13, which means an iPhone 6 or any more recent model. Again, older devices may work, but we can't always guarantee support will be seamless, smaller screen sizes in particular may cause legibility issues and if a device doesn't support Bluetooth Low Energy then it won't be possible to connect asensei to a suitable rowing machine.
If you have any problems please reach out to us at support@asensei.com and we'll do our best to help.
