Each workout program has a planner that includes a breakdown and benefits of the program, as well as a proposed training calendar. It gives you a guide in which to set yourself goals and how to maximise your potential with asensei.
If you cannot access the most up-to-date version of the planner for your program from within the app, it could just be a minor issue with Safari. To solve this, you need to clear your cache.
To clear your cache, go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. This will remove the previous PDF Planner and update the system.
Be aware that doing this will clear cache from other websites.
