When you download asensei there are a number of free trial workouts included. These should allow you to get a feel for the app and the type of coaching programs and standalone workouts that are on offer from our world class coaches like double Olympic Champion Eric Murray, top San Francisco Fitness Studio Coach Johan Quie and Dark Horse Rowing's Shane Farmer. A more detailed list of programs can be found here.
If you wish to access more workouts you can make a purchase on our website and they will appear in the app automatically. Just go to asensei.com/products/asensei-membership to sign up.
You can see the list of available programs in the asensei app by choosing PROGRAMS from the main menu button in the top right of the Up Next screen (on older versions of the app press the Hey asensei [+] button in the bottom left, then choose Workouts). You'll see a full list of programs by our range of coaches, and when you tap on any program you'll see the list of available workouts in that program. When you are on the free trial this list will be limited, when you subscribe there will be many more.
