What's in the latest Beta Version of the asensei app?

The latest Beta Version of the asensei app release notes are detailed below. Please be aware that when using a Beta build there is a higher chance of issues such as crashes or data corruption. The Beta build will sometimes be the same as the latest release version in the appstore depending upon the release schedule.

Testflight Beta Release Notes 1.19.2 (build 1390)

KAIZEN - CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Contains a fix for a bug which meant that the feed.fm music was not appearing in Control Center the first time a workout was run, meaning songs could not be skipped/paused etc.

Behind the scenes changes to try and help track down very rare stability issues.

FIND A WORKOUT

We've added a workout search feature to the asensei app.  Search by duration, coach, or using a key word (want a pyramid workout or ladder workout? no problem).  You can also sort the workouts you find by duration. 

Choose Workouts from the Hey asensei [+] menu, then hit the search icon in the top left.

We'll be sad to see you go, but we now support account deletion requests from within the asensei app (on the My asensei page).

EXPANDED CONNECTIVITY

We now support the new WaterRower S4 BLE monitor which features integrated Bluetooth.  You'll connect automatically after you start any rowing workout.

BETTER WORKOUT SUMMARIES

The workout summaries now include the same sharing cards as you see immediately after a workout.  These allow you to see the workout stats at a glance, and you can share them from here at your leisure too.

The share cards that show the interval breakdown should now display the exact value of the interval (e.g. a 30s interval will show as 30s rather than 30.1s as it sometimes did previously).  Same applies to the data sent to the C2 Logbook.

ENABLING (APP)AREL UPDATES

The asensei app can now see and update the firmware on the latest versions of the asensei (app)arel.

MAKING SHARING BETTER

New post-workout sharing cards added:

1. interval breakdown - only appears when the workout has more than one interval.

2. a card including the workout description has been added - also shows the active rowing stats.

KAIZEN - CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Under the hood changes to allow additional data to be captured and displayed in the workout summaries.  Athletes will notice no difference at this time.
