Please contact us before you raise a chargeback with your credit card provider - generally we'll be able to resolve any issues much more quickly and effectively.

We're always happy to give refunds in line with our policy. But please note we are not able to issue you with a refund if you raise a chargeback (this isn't our choice, it's the way our ecommerce platform works).
If a chargeback has been raised we will almost always dispute it, since the correct and fastest course of action to obtain a refund in line with our policy is to contact us. Chargebacks come with a cost, a time delay and cause us problems with our providers since they are often used as a proxy for bad intentions on the merchant's part.
