asensei watches every stroke while you are rowing and uses the data to provide you with coaching insights, some of which you get in real time, while some are available post-workout.
Workout history is displayed by selecting JOURNAL from the main menu (on older apps you can pull down from near the top of the Up Next conversation screen, or tap the up arrow in the top right of that screen). The JOURNAL screen contains a list of all workouts that you have performed in the app. If you tap on any of the workouts asensei will display more information about how you performed during that workout.
You can see specific data about your workout performance including coaching insights as well as a carousel of stats cards which you can share.
Within your workout history entry there is also a button "Concept 2 Logbook" which allows you to drill into more detail about your workouts, and displays detailed summary, interval and stroke by stroke plots of your performance. In order to see this you must have performed your workout on a Concept 2 rower and connected asensei to the Concept 2 Logbook.
