Yes! asensei can automatically sync a summary of your workout to Apple Health so that it helps form part of your Apple fitness record. From there you are also able to link to Strava and other fitness platforms.
* Note that this feature is only available on iPhone (see section below for an explanation)
How do I connect asensei to Apple Health?
From the Up Next conversation screen, choose MY ASENSEI from the main menu in the top right (or on older versions of the app hit the Hey asensei [+] button in the bottom left, then choose My asensei). On the screen that pops up toggle the switch labelled Apple Health. You'll then be asked for your permission to share certain types of data, such as Heart Rate, Workouts, Active Enery and Distances. For full integration hit Turn All Categories On, then tap Allow in the top right corner. Your workouts will now be synched automatically.

Why does asensei only sync with Apple Health on iPhone, not iPad?
Apple does not support the Health App on the iPad, only on the iPhone. It's not even possible to install Apple Health on an iPad. Because of this you can only synch your asensei data (or any other health or fitness app's data) when you have an iPhone.
Some apps may allow you to perform a workout on iPad and sync it to Apple Health on the iPhone version of that app - this is not currently possible with asensei.
What else can I connect asensei to?
You can also connect to the Concept 2 Logbook, and from there you can connect to apps such as Strava, MyFitnessPal and Training Peaks.
For more information see What can asensei connect to?
Apple Health currently isn't available on iPad, and you can't currently sync iPad workouts to your iPhone Apple Health.
How do I disconnect asensei from Apple Health?
If for any reason you wish to stop your workouts synching from asensei to Apple Health, then you can just toggle the switch labelled Apple Health to off on the My asensei screen. Note that this will not delete your daa from Apple Health, you must do that from within the Apple Health app itself.
